Member Eligibility
To use the platform 711club and participate in any betting activity offered, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. 711club reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements.
- Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age. 711club takes age verification very seriously. If there is reason to believe a user is underage, the account will be suspended immediately until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding contract. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are subject to any court order restricting financial transactions are not permitted to register.
- Not a 711club Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of 711club employees are not permitted to open a player account.
Registration & Account
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account at 711club only. This is a non-negotiable policy. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, someone else's name, or false information — is a direct violation of these terms and will result in the suspension of all accounts involved, along with the forfeiture of any credit balances and unprocessed winnings.
- Accurate Information: You must provide your full name, phone number, and other accurate, up-to-date information during registration. Inaccurate information may cause delays in withdrawal processing or result in account suspension.
- Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your 711club account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 711club staff will never ask for your password through any channel.
- Account Verification: 711club may require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your ID or a bank statement.
- Inactive Account: Accounts showing no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. 711club reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive accounts after notice has been given.

Winnings Withdrawal

- Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level. Fully verified accounts enjoy higher limits.
Bonuses & Promotions
711club offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and time limits. Please read the terms of each bonus carefully before accepting it.
- Wagering Requirement: All deposit bonuses and free spins carry wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a RM100 bonus must be wagered up to RM2,000 in total bets).
- Validity Period: Every bonus has a stated validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
- Betting Limits While a Bonus Is Active: While bonus wagering requirements are being fulfilled, the maximum bet per spin or wager may be capped at RM50 unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.

- Sports Betting — Additional: For Sports Betting, markets that were unresolved before a match was abandoned (after more than 90 minutes due to weather or other incidents) may be voided unless the outcome of that market was already determined.
User Conduct
711club is a platform dedicated to responsible entertainment. All users are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the platform and other users. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt 711club's systems or infrastructure.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to simulate human behaviour in any game or platform process.
- Spreading false or misleading information about 711club to other users or publicly.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in Live Casino games or Sports Betting.
- Placing opposing bets (arbitrage) intended to guarantee risk-free profit in a manner that goes against the spirit of the platform.

Account Suspension & Termination
711club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or misleading registration information.
- Indication that the user is under 18 years of age.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Requests from law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.
- At 711club's sole discretion for legitimate business reasons, with reasonable notice.
When an account is terminated due to a terms violation, 711club reserves the right to forfeit any credit balances, bonuses, and unprocessed winnings. For terminations arising from business reasons (not violations), valid account balances will be returned to the account holder.
Amendment of Terms
711club reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, unless the changes are required for urgent legal or security reasons.
Continued use of the platform 711club after the effective date of a term change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date by contacting our support team.
